VoucherMessage builds the canonical message that the server signs and the realm verifies. Format: gnomoji-voucher-v2|chainId|kind|player|nonce|expiry|compactPayload

v2 changes from v1: realmPkgPath removed; payload is now compact (not raw JSON). For kind="claim": compactPayload = coinId:amount pairs sorted by coinId, comma-joined.
