SetMintSchedule sets unix-second bounds for both rounds. 0,0,0,0 clears the clock. An end of 0 means that round has no hard close. wlStart > 0 requires publicStart > wlStart. A set end must be after its own start. publicStart must not fall inside the whitelist window. Locked once any token has minted.
