SPLASH weekly raffle

Tickets are 10000000 ugnot each (wrapped GNOT, 6 decimals: 1 GNOT = 1000000 ugnot). One ticket is 40 units of draw weight, at 250000 ugnot a unit. The house takes 500 bps of each sale; the rest is the prize, and the whole prize is paid to the winner's wallet. THE HOUSE FEE IS HELD IN ESCROW PER WEEK AND IS EARNED ONLY BY A DRAW: a week that is refunded returns the FULL ticket price.

The arcade's rake is sponsored straight into this week's pot, so every duel makes the prize bigger.
