SPLASH hourly draw

A draw every hour: 1090 blocks, about one hour at ~3.3s a block. Tickets are 1000000 ugnot each (wrapped GNOT, 6 decimals: 1 GNOT = 1000000 ugnot). The house takes 500 bps of each sale; the rest is the prize, and the whole prize is paid to the winner's wallet. THE HOUSE FEE IS HELD IN ESCROW PER WINDOW AND IS EARNED ONLY BY A DRAW: a window that is refunded returns the FULL ticket price. One ticket is one unit of draw weight here — unlike the weekly raffle, every unit in this realm is bought.

The pot is entry money only: there is no sponsorship and nothing outside this realm can add to it. So a sole entrant simply wins their own stake back less the house cut — there is no jackpot to farm.
